Translator working with databases encoding UTF-8, which are terms original and
translation separate with tabulators "TAB".
Unless you have personal database, like optimal for this translator
are famous database of projekt Ing. Zdenek Broz (Ing. Zdeněk Brož),
which You can download on theses address:

English - all languages (French, German, Spanish, Czech, Russian, Polish and 65 other):
http://www.dicts.info/uddl.php

These database after downloading and "unpacking" from packages You can copy
to the directory of program with title "data".
Example:
C:\Program Files\ABC Transdict\data\english-czech.txt

How You can transfer English text to speech ?:

• (1) - (2) - in upper editor of translator  select You English text
• (3) - right mouse buttons clicks to the space upper editor and open menu  or click on button "F6"
• (4) - clicks on item "Selected text to voice"

How You can transfer Czech text to speech ?:

• For example by the help of technology TTS Text-To-Speech REKNI_TO
• or text-to-speech system developed in the Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence, Department of Cybernetics, University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, Czech Republic ARTIC
